For auction houses & auctioneers

More approved buyers. More bidding activity. More equipment sales.

Our auction program is built to put 20 or more additional credit-approved buyers in front of the lots on your schedule. Buyers apply in the week before your event, take a lender decision into the room, and bid knowing exactly where their credit stands — so more of the people who want your equipment are able to buy it.

We are not an auction business, a dealer or a competing buyer pool. We finance your customers and nothing else. Your event, your bidders and your brand stay entirely yours.

To your business, it is free

Zero cost to your business. No commission taken from your sales.

There is no partnership fee, and we take nothing off the lots we help finance. The financing is between CBB Group, the lender and your buyer — your sale proceeds are yours in full.

Nothing off the hammer

We take no commission from your final selling price. What a lot sells for is what you collect.

No fee to participate

No partnership fee, no listing fee and no charge for running the financing programme at your event.

No exclusivity

You are not tied to us. Keep working with your existing finance contacts and any other broker you use.

Auction week

Financing arranged before the hammer falls.

A buyer who has to find finance after they win is a buyer who might not complete. We work the financing in the days before your event, so more of the room can actually bid.

Applications open one week before auction day

Interested buyers apply ahead of the event, giving us time to work a lender decision before your sale starts.

Approval letters in hand before bidding

For every approved buyer, we issue the auction company a lender approval letter confirming the approved amount and its conditions — so your team and the buyer both know where they stand.

Dedicated support, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

For the final two to three days before your event, a CBB representative is available on Zoom, phone and text for that auction and its buyers — working outstanding applications and coordinating approvals. This is dedicated remote support, not an on-site service.

How the partnership works

Four steps, running from a week out to the winning bid.

Step 01

Open applications

Applications open one week before your auction, giving interested buyers time to apply and be assessed.

Step 02

Secure approvals

We coordinate lender decisions and issue approval letters to you for approved buyers, before bidding opens. Those buyers are approved — not pre-qualified.

Step 03

Dedicated auction support

Through the final two to three days and on auction day, a CBB representative is available by Zoom, phone and text — remotely.

Step 04

Complete lease paperwork

When an approved buyer wins a lot, we confirm the final price, VIN and hours or kilometres, then complete and sign the lease documents — targeting 24 hours from the auction starting.

Auction day and after

Winning bid to completed lease paperwork within 24 hours.

When an approved buyer wins a lot, the only details left are the final selling price, the VIN and the hours or kilometres. We collect those, complete the lease documents and get them signed — targeting 24 hours from the auction starting.

That 24 hours is documents, not a further credit decision. The buyer is already approved; nothing is re-assessed at this stage.

Once the signed lease documents are in, the lender pays your final invoice plus GST — same day or the next morning, typically.

What your buyers can finance

Your buyers are not all the same profile.

A contractor buying one excavator and a fleet replacing six trucks need different structures. So does a buyer who has been trading for a decade and one in their second year. Your bidders get matched to the lender whose criteria actually fits them — including buyers a bank has already turned down.

Equipment financing & leasing

Construction, agricultural, material handling, industrial and shop equipment — new or used.

Commercial trucks & trailers

Semis, dump trucks, tow trucks, cargo and work vans, and business-use pickups.

Unsecured business funding

Working capital and eligible business expenses, without pledging your home or other collateral.

Business lines of credit

A revolving limit your buyer draws against, repays, and draws against again.

Refinancing & sale-leaseback

Unlock capital tied up in equipment they already own, ahead of bidding on something new.

A family-owned partner

We are a family-owned commercial financing company. Direct relationships, one point of contact, and lenders we have worked with for years.
