1. About this website

This website is operated by CBB Group and provides information about commercial financing services offered in Canada and the United States. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. What CBB Group is — and is not

CBB Group is a commercial financing team. We work directly with customers to understand their financing requirements, help structure applications, manage lender submissions and paperwork, communicate with lenders, and coordinate approvals and funding.

CBB is not a bank, a lender, a dealership, an inventory seller or a referral-only service. Participating lenders make their own credit decisions and provide the financing.

3. No offer, approval or guarantee

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of credit, an approval, a commitment to lend or a guarantee of funding. All financing is subject to lender approval, eligibility and transaction requirements. CBB does not guarantee approval, a specific rate, a specific amount or a particular timeline.

4. Rates and funding ranges

Rates shown on this site are advertised starting rates and are expressed as "rates from". Not every applicant will qualify for a starting rate. Advertised funding and credit-limit ranges represent the amounts available through applicable programs, subject to lender approval, eligibility and transaction requirements.

Where a rate is quoted for a revolving facility such as a business line of credit, the applicable rate basis and period will be confirmed in relation to your specific facility. We do not represent a starting rate as an annual interest rate unless its basis has been confirmed.

5. Calculators and estimates

The financing calculators on this website are provided for illustration only. Estimates are based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions disclosed alongside the results. They are not financing offers, quotes or guarantees, and they do not reflect fees, taxes or program-specific terms that may apply.

6. Enquiry forms

Submitting an enquiry form is a request for CBB to contact you about financing. It is not a lending application and it does not create an obligation on either party. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that, where you submit information about another person or business, you have their consent to do so.

7. Equipment consignment

Consignment terms are set out on the consignment page and in the applicable consignment agreement. CBB does not guarantee a sale, a selling price or a timeframe. Comparison figures relating to auction costs are illustrative and are not promises of savings.

8. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but financing programs and their terms change. We make no warranty that all content is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

9. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to CBB Group or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.
