4. Rates and funding ranges

Advertised rates are starting-rate references expressed as "rates from". Advertised funding and credit-limit ranges are indicative and subject to lender approval. Not every applicant will qualify for a starting rate or a maximum amount.

5. Equipment listings and consignment

Equipment consignment involves marketing equipment on behalf of its owner. CBB Group does not own, stock or take possession of consigned equipment, and does not guarantee a sale, a selling price, buyer demand or a timeframe for sale. Consignment terms, fees and commission are set out in the applicable consignment agreement.

Where this website shows comparisons between consignment and auction selling, those figures are illustrative estimates based on the stated assumptions. Actual auction fees, transportation, taxes and other costs vary by auction, region and asset. They are not quotations and they do not promise savings.
