Fast restaurant funding. No waiting on a bank.

A restaurant does not get weeks to wait on a decision. Eligible applications can get an approval decision within 24 hours, and unsecured funding in as little as two business days — while a bank is still working through its own process. One short application, one point of contact, and we work with a network of 10+ commercial lenders to place your file with the program most likely to approve it.

Why restaurants come to us instead of a bank

Speed, and more places to say yes. A bank answers with its own products on its own timeline. We work with 10+ commercial lenders, so a file a bank has already declined still has real options — and eligible applications can get a decision within 24 hours rather than weeks. Applying is free, takes minutes, and does not commit you to anything.

Compared with a bank

A bank needs weeks. We need 24 hours.

When a business needs capital or equipment, it needs an answer now. A traditional bank branch underwrites on financial statements, collateral and personal credit, and its review can run for weeks. Our commercial lenders underwrite on your business revenue and banking stability — so we can move far faster.

What a traditional bank branch asks of you

A minimum personal credit score to be considered

Three years of financial statements, every time

Home collateral or real estate security

Review that can run for weeks before a decision

What our commercial lenders ask for instead

No impact on your personal credit

Commercial funding is set up under your business. It does not appear as a monthly trade line on your personal credit file, so adding equipment doesn't count against your personal borrowing.

No financial statements required

We do not need financial statements at all to qualify. No three years of year-ends, no accountant's package to assemble.

No home collateral

You are not putting your house on the line. No real estate security is required to qualify.

Approvals within 24 hours

Decisions come back within 24 hours, with unsecured loan funding in your bank account within 2 business days.

The lender makes the decision and sets the terms — our job is to get your application in front of the right one.

How the process works

What happens after you reach out.

Step 1

Tell us what you need

The equipment, the fit-out, the inventory or the amount of working capital, and roughly what it costs. A few minutes, not an application, and applying is free.

Step 2

We review the file

We look at how the business actually trades — revenue, banking history, how it takes payment and whether delivery platforms are part of the mix — and identify which programs are likely to fit.

Step 3

We place your application

We work with a network of 10+ commercial lenders, so your file goes to the programs that actually fit it. When one declines, we are on to the next one rather than starting over.

Step 4

You get a decision

Eligible applications can get an approval decision within 24 hours. We tell you the terms in plain language before you commit — not the weeks a bank can take.

Step 5

Documentation and funding

On approval we coordinate the paperwork between you and the lender through to funding — in as little as two business days on unsecured programs.

Step 6

One point of contact throughout

From the first call to funding you deal with the same person, so there is no being handed between departments and no chasing anyone for an update.

Frequently asked questions

01
How fast can a restaurant get funded?
Eligible applications can get an approval decision within 24 hours, and unsecured funding in as little as two business days on qualifying programs. That is the whole reason we exist — a bank or credit union can take a week or more to work through a file, and a restaurant rarely has that. Applying takes a few minutes and is completely free.
02
My bank already turned me down. Is it worth applying?
Yes. A bank answers with its own products, and a no from one is not a no from the market. We work with 10+ commercial lenders, so a file a bank has declined can still be placed with a program that fits it. Restaurants are frequently declined for thin margins or a short trading history — neither of which rules out every lender we work with.
03
I have less than three years of financials. Is that a problem?
No — businesses under three years old are considered, and newer operators are a core part of what we fund. Many programs assess the business on revenue, banking history and cash flow rather than insisting on a long trading record, and some look for as little as six months of operating history. A restaurant with real sales is a genuine applicant here, not a long shot.
04
What can restaurant financing be used for?
Kitchen equipment, refrigeration, a fit-out or renovation, added seating or a patio, inventory ahead of a busy season, ingredients and supplier costs, or working capital through a slower stretch. Equipment suits an equipment program; costs with no single asset behind them — fit-out, working capital, expansion — typically suit an unsecured loan or a line of credit. Tell us what it is for and we will work out which route fits.
05
How much can a restaurant finance?
Amounts depend on the product and the program. Equipment leasing and financing runs from $15,000–$250,000, and unsecured business loans from $15,000–$150,000, both subject to lender approval, eligibility and transaction requirements. Business lines of credit run from $15,000–$100,000. If your requirement falls outside these ranges, tell us — other programs we work with can consider different amounts.
06
What rates should I expect?
Rates start from 9.99% on equipment leasing and financing, from 7.99% on unsecured business loans, and from 0.99% monthly on a business line of credit. These are 'rates from' — not every applicant will qualify for the starting rate, and the rate offered depends on the applicant, the asset and the program. Every lender applies its own criteria and makes its own credit decision.
07
Can I finance a second location or a renovation?
Yes. Expansion, a new location, a dining room or patio build-out and leasehold improvements are common reasons restaurants come to us. Fit-out and renovation costs typically suit an unsecured business loan or a line of credit, since there may be no single asset to secure against. Tell us the plan and we will work out which program fits it.
08
Does applying affect my credit score?
No. Applying is free and there is no obligation to continue, and being checked is not the same as being reported — commercial funding is set up under the business rather than as a monthly trade line on your personal credit file, so adding equipment over time does not count against your personal borrowing capacity. How any individual facility is reported depends on the program and the lender. Tell us what matters to you and we will say what to expect before you proceed.
